Goodwill
Goodwills are everywhere and they have all sorts of things. For guys there are sport jerseys, military uniforms, western shirts, etc. For girls there are 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, clothes. I think it would be fun to have all your friends dress 80s plus you can wear leggings which just happen to be in style now.
Your Mom's Closet
You never know what you'll find in there. I am sure everyone's moms have some dated clothes. I've even seen some people go as their mom (wear their mom's work uniform).
Wiggin' Out
You don't need some super coordinated costume to have fun. Wear some random outfit and top it off with a hot pink wig. Those party wigs aren't too expensive and when else can you have hot pink hair?
Gift Wrapped
You could be "a gift from God!" Wrap yourself up with some fun paper, top yourself off with a bow and a tag saying from God and there you go. Easy and creative.
